Return window

You can return your order within 30 days of receiving it, for any reason. This applies to all items. To start a return, email info@shoporvessa.com with your order number.

Exchanges

You can exchange any item (including a different ring size) within the same 30-day window. Shipping for an exchange is paid by the buyer.

Condition

Returned or exchanged items must be unworn, undamaged and in their original packaging, together with the IGI certificate and any documents that came with the piece.

Return shipping

Return and exchange shipping is paid by the buyer. Please ship returns insured and tracked. We are not responsible for parcels lost on the way back to us.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect the return, we refund the full price to your original payment method within 10 business days. Shipping was free, so there is nothing to deduct for it.

Damaged or wrong item

If your piece arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible with photos. We will repair, replace or refund it at no cost to you, including return shipping. Manufacturing defects are covered by our warranty: we warrant every piece against manufacturing defects for 6 months from the delivery date. Normal wear is not a defect.
