1. About us

ORVESSA ("we", "us") sells fine jewelry through shoporvessa.com. Our pieces are designed by the ORVESSA design team and made to order by our production partner in Hong Kong.

2. Products

Our jewelry is made in 18K gold (white, yellow or rose, as shown on each product page). All diamonds are lab-grown. Every piece comes with an IGI certificate covering all its stones. Product photos are for illustration. Because stones are made individually, small differences in shape, color and size may occur within the grade stated on the product page.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown on each product page and at checkout. They do not include import duties or local taxes; those are paid by the buyer on delivery (see the Shipping policy). We may change prices at any time. The price you pay is the price shown when you place your order. Payment is taken at checkout through the payment methods offered there.

4. Orders

Your order is confirmed when we send you an order confirmation email. We review every order within 1 business day and may cancel an order, with a full refund, if an item cannot be produced or there is a pricing or stock error.

5. Production and delivery

Each piece is made to order. Production takes about 3 weeks and delivery 5-7 business days. These times are estimates, not guarantees. See the Shipping policy.

7. Warranty

We warrant every piece against manufacturing defects for 6 months from the delivery date. Normal wear is not a defect. Please remove jewelry before swimming, sport or using chemicals. Nothing in this warranty limits your statutory consumer rights, including the EU legal guarantee of conformity.

8. Intellectual property

All designs, photos, text and logos on this site belong to ORVESSA. You may not copy or use them without our written permission.

9. Liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the price paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights, including the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country.
