Free worldwide shipping

We ship every order free of charge to any country we deliver to. There are no shipping fees at checkout.

Made to order

Each ORVESSA piece is made to order in Hong Kong. Production takes about 3 weeks after we confirm your order. We review and confirm every order within 1 business day. Customizations agreed before production do not change the production or delivery times below.

Delivery time

After production, your order is shipped by tracked express courier. Delivery takes 5-7 business days to most countries. In total, most orders arrive 3-4 weeks after purchase.

Tracking and insurance

You receive a tracking number by email when your order ships. All parcels are fully insured during transit. Signature is required on delivery.

Customs, duties and taxes

Orders shipped outside Hong Kong may be subject to import duties, VAT or customs fees set by the destination country. These are not included in the price and are paid by the buyer on delivery. This applies in particular to orders delivered to the EU and the USA.

Address accuracy

Please check your delivery address before you pay. If a parcel is returned to us because of a wrong or incomplete address, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery at the buyer's cost.
